To celebrate the 150th year of Massachusetts College of Art, we were asked to create a collection inspired by a garment from the college archives. I chose a dress by Shirley Willet from 1967 and a Pucci dress from the 1970s. I wanted to combine fluidity with structure, using vibrant patterns to add even more movement. This was also my first exploration with fewer fit points for adjustability and gender neutral silhouettes.
